upxo.meshing.pxtalmesh_01 module

Legacy pygmsh-based finite element mesher for geometric polycrystals.

Provides geo_pxtal_mesh, a lower-level pygmsh/gmsh orchestrator for meshing 2D geometric polycrystals (pxtal with level-0 grains). It is reached today only through the deprecated upxo.meshing.conformal_mesher2d.confMesh2d.femesh_pygmsh path, which itself emits a DeprecationWarning on instantiation.

Legacy meshing module. Superseded by upxo.meshing.confMesh3d / upxo.meshing.gbconformant (voxel/Gmsh-conformal meshing) and by confMesh2dGMSH / gsmesh2d.mesh_gs for current 2D conformal-mesh work. Several public methods on geo_pxtal_mesh are unimplemented stubs (assign_pygmsh_elsets, read_pygmsh_mesh, write_pygmsh_mesh, mesh_abaqus, read_abaqus_mesh, write_abaqus_mesh, assess_abaqus_mesh); calling them raises NotImplementedError. New work should not build on this module.
